
The general ride comfort simulation rig is a multi-parameter environment simulation platform. The main environment parameters include: vibration of body and inside compartment noise, temperature and humidity, air pressure fluctuation, illumination, etc. The rig also includes a test body and multi-parameter environment simulation systems, which also include: vibration simulation system of body and inside compartment noise, temperature and humidity, air pressure fluctuation, and illumination simulation systems. The different environment simulation system can work independently to simulate and reproduce a variety of dynamic riding environments.
Functions:
● The rig provides an important test platform and database a deeper study can be performed on the general ride comfort under simultaneous changes of the different environmental parameters, such as vibration of the vehicle body, inside compartment noise, temperature and humidity, air pressure fluctuation, illumination, etc.
● The rig provides an important testing platform to validate, evaluate and optimize the general ride comfort of high-speed trains.
